          What would you do if I told you, the real sex offenders are not locked up, or behind bars, and they are walking the streets of Wisconsin, lurking to foist himself or herself upon an innocent victim?

          The next thing I want you to know is the State of Wisconsin actually employs Sex Offenders to treat Sex Offenders.  Know you are going to say hay wait a minute how can they do this and get away with it.

          Well I am going to tell you a brief history of sex offender treatment programs in Wisconsin.  This is what the state and its elected officials do not want the people to know.  The State of Wisconsin’s judicial system covers up the truth making up their own truth to replace the actual truth.  These people of the judicial system do not want you to know the truth behind quote sex offender treatment. 

           It comes down to Three things  Greed,  a con game perpetrated by the states elected officials and it’s judicial system, And  Money for the Corrupt and bankrupted D. O. C., to quote treat these people.  This points to the truth, one the Wisconsin D. O. C. is not treating these people, they are actually refusing to give them the quote treatment. 

          All the staff at Oshkosh Correctional Institution is looking to find any excuses to kick an inmate out of the Quote treatment program.  The D. O. C. gets an excessive amount more money, Bribes and Kickbacks from the State of Wisconsin’s elected officials, and judicial system.  The state wants to put all sex offenders under 980.  This way the State of Wisconsin can lock an inmate up for the rest of his life.  Now the system has an Illegal, and corrupt way to Justify locking the inmate up for the rest of his life.  The real reason they want to lock an inmate up for the rest of their life, they cannot come out and tell the American People the truth these people are Political Prisoners held by the Real Sexual Predators, so there will be no competition on the streets.  This is why they tell the lie to the state and the country along with the world, these inmates are untreatable.

          I remember hearing on the National and International News the chief Doctor and Councilor Borom which is his last name he was caught for luring out little boys so he could Sexually Assault them.  This is the best part Doctor Borom, never had a Medical Degree or any kind of a college education.  Thus, this man never had a license to practice medicine in the State of Wisconsin or any other state of the union.

          Therefore, the people of Wisconsin, to be exact the Women’s Rights Groups and avocy associations, screamed bloody Murder or shall I say Sexual Assault at the top of their lungs.  See you should put these people in prison where they belong, and lock them up and throw away the key.

         This is until their sons are hooked for Sexual Assault, and it hits home, their son is going to realistically spend the rest of his life locked up behind bars. 

         Then she will say  who the Hell wrote such a stupid law like this, my son that little tramp  lied about him.  Remember what goes around comes around.

         At this point, someone should remind these women, Remember way back when you were lobbying to get these laws passed.  You are responsible for these stupid laws and your own son being locked up for 75 years for first degree sexual assault, and fact it is the first criminal conviction he has ever had.

          So in the states Infinite Wisdom, they went along with the Female Sexual Terrorist, she is no better than the men in Saudi Arabia are when they give a Woman this kind of a Kangaroo Court to put her to death. 

          Doesn’t this sound like some of the people who are in power, wanting to put to death sex offenders?  Then we have no reason to com[lain when Saudi Arabia Stones to Death a Woman for Sexual Improprieties, when this country is having this same kind of mind set against men who are sex offenders.

          Now the State of Wisconsin had a quandary, they built Oshkosh Correctional Institution, to take the place of the treatment program they had on the grounds of the Winnebago Mental Institution.

          Then because of overcrowding, they had to build a second location to house sex offenders, the Racine Correctional Facility, which was filled to capacity before they built it.

          Somewhere in the early 1990dys, I think 1993; the state of Wisconsin started to give longer prison sentences.  Then about 1999-2000 the state started to require the sex offender treatment program. 

          Do you want to take a guess at the first place they chose, you guessed it, Oshkosh Correctional Institution, and on a much later date after they completed building the Racine Correctional Facility, they also opened it so prisoners could get the sex offender treatment program.

          Here I will explain the best hypocrisy the people on the medical staff actually does not need any kind of degree, even to be a doctor in the department of corrections.  Most of these people flunked out of Medical School, or at one time had a medical degree and lost their license to practice medicine.  However, they do not need a degree to work for the D. O. C. as a Doctor.

          The staff in Both the Oshkosh Correctional Institution, and the Racine Correctional Facility, have been seen and heard Beating Inmates, and Screaming at them, telling them if you don’t drop their pants we will cut off your sex organs.  Some of what I heard the prison guards at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution screaming and hollering at the Inmate I will F— you in the A—with my baton, truncheon, or flashlight.

          This reporter actually seen Prisoners’ in for sexual assault, being Sodomized and raped, beaten, and mentally abused.  By Jailers, Police Officers, Sheriffs Deputies, and finally Prison Guards, this disturbed me so much I just had to tell the people in charge of the D. O. C., and they told me to mind my business and nothing like that ever goes on by one of our staff members at one of our institutions.  So I went to some of the inmates and did some interviews to find out if what I heard and saw was true, or if I had a over active imagination.  The political prisoners I interviewed, said that what I saw was the whole truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.  This was done with people who were in county jails, and some of the correctional Institutions and Facilities, to find out how much of this go on every day.

          The inmates were reluctant to speak to me, only if I kept their names and indenity private and a secret, so  this is what I did, because of this sensitive topic, and the retaliations the Institutions and Correctional Facilities along with the county Jails, and the D. O. C. could take against these inmates, who are in their care.

          Listen to what I am telling you, here is some of what the prison guards at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution do to some of the inmates.  These very perverted guards, verbally, and sexually assault the Inmates.  They do this by telling the Inmate, you know you raped many, many people in your lifetime. The only reason you are here is you got caught this time, this kind of trash goes on day after day.

           The perverts running the program, at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution tell the inmates, you know you were F—— your under aged kin. Like your sister, niece, nephew, brother, cousins any one or was it all of the combinations or possibilities a person could have.  Then these perverts at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution go on to tell them you know you were F—— your mother, or was  that your Grandmother you were F——.

          The other perverted thing they tell the Inmates at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution is, you know you were F—— all the under age children in the neighborhood.

          Some of the perverts running these programs at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution will tell the inmate,  the only reason you go to church is to troll and  find  little girl to rape or F— the Hell out of.

          The perverts in power at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution carry on with their perversions day after day time after time telling the inmate.  You know you like to go to parks to pick up little girl or little boys to rape and F— the Hell out of.

           This is the best one the Perverts who Rune the Sex Offender Programs in the Oshkosh Correctional Institution tell the Inmate.  The only reason you want to get out and get a job, in the service industry.  Is so you can seek out little Girls or Little Boys so you can rape them or molest them.

          These Perverts running the Program at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution, tell the inmate. I know you are guilty of doing all these things to little girls or boys so fess up or we will kick you out of the program for being non-cooperative, combative and in denial.

          Here is a little short story to tell my feelings; some people also could call it a poem.

          THE WOMAN YOU ARE ABOUT TO READ ABOUT, WHO I AM MAKING FUN OF HERE IS A WHITE WOMAN, WHO IS TRYING TO BE SOMEONE SHE IS NOT.  I WILL GO AS FAR AS TO SAY SHE IS MAKING FUN OF AFRICAN AMERICAM WOME.

          THIS WOMAN THINKS IT IS OK TO DO HER HAIR IN AN AFRO, IN ORDER TO PREY ON AFRICAN AMERICAN MEN.  THIS IS A PET PEEVE OF MINE, ANYONE WHO IS TRYING TO PUT ON FALSE EARROES.  WHEN SHE GETS AN AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN WHO WILL NOT PAY UP, SHE SCREAMS RAPE OR SHOULD I SAY TO BE EXACT AND POLITICALLY CORRECT SEXUAL ASSULT.

          I OVER HEARD AN AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN USE THIS TERM TO DESCRIBE THIS WOMAN, AND I THOUGHT IT FIT HER TO THE T.  SO FRO, HO IS HER DESCRIPTION THAT HAPPENS TO FIT THIS, WOMAN TO USE A LACK OF DESCRIPTION, WHITE WOMAN.

          TO PREY ON AFRICAN AMERICAN MEN SHE WILL TAN HER SELF TO MAKE HERSELF MOORE ATTRACTIVE TO THEM, NOT STOPPING TO THINK THIS IS THE ONLY REASON THEY FALL FOR HER TRAP, BECAUSE THEY HAVE A THING FOR WHITE WOMEN.  WHICH THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH, BUT DO NOT PRETEND TO BE SOMETHING YOU WERE NOT BORN TO BE, TO MAKE YOURSELF MORE ATTRACTIVE TO A WIDE VIORIETY OF PEOPLE.

          THE OTHER REASON I AM MAKING FUN OF HER HERE, IS IF THE MEDIA AND PEOPLE COULD MAKE FUN OF MICNEL JACKSON BECAUDE HIS SKIN HAPPENED TO GET LIGHTER, FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. THEN I CAN MAKE FUN OF THIS WHITE WOMAN WHO IS PRETENDING TO BE SOMETHING SHE IS NOT.  BESIDES THIS DEMEANING DESCRIPTION FITS HER VERY WELL, IF WHITE MEN CAN USE THIS DESCRIPTION, LIKE IMOUS DID TO DESCRIBE AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN.  THEN I CAN USE THIS VERY FITTING TERM TO DESCRIBE THIS VERY SLEAZY WHITE WOMAN. THE AFRICAN AMERICAN MEN THIS VERY SLEAZY WHITE WOMAN SET UP ARE SITTING IN THE WISCONSIN PRISON SYSTEM, FOR A VERY LONG TIME.  THIS IS THE REASON I CHOSE TO WARN THE AMERICAN PEOPLE LIKE THIS, ALL OF HER VICTOMS, SHE ACCUCED OF RAPEING OR SEXUALLY ASSULTING HER, AFTER THEY REFUSED TO PAY HER OFF FOR HER TIME.

BAD JOE

          If you go and see a ho, it might be Fro Ho the little Ho, only then if you are men.  You will know Fro Ho the little Ho, will say it is not so you did not know, she was a ho.

          Then you will know it is not so innocent until proven guilty, by Uncle Sam on a dam, eating a Lamb.  For it will be bam zoom, and you are doom, to sit in a room

          Little fro Ho, grabbed him by the toe, and told the cop who was full of slop, it is not so I am a hoe who is low as a foe in a row.  Little Joe Blow was arrested by the cop who was full of slop, who bop some pop to lop Joe in the Toe.  Away with the Mail to Jail said the cop who was full of slop for I believe little innocent Fro Ho.

          Little Fro Ho, Is A Powdered up, Painted up, Priced  Ear Ho, who accused Joe Blow of attacking her toe, she strung her bow and took a shot.  Because she is, an over sexed little snot, living on a lot.  Hitting Joe Blow in the snow, because she was not going to go and play in the sow, for she is little Fro Ho.

          Because of little Fro Ho the Little Ho, who smells like some Joe on a toe, for she is little Fro Ho, who sits in the snow, lurking to hook some Joe.  So little Joe Blow smells like Fro Ho, so the cop full of slop, tells Joe Blow you little Ape you Rap Little Fro Ho the little Ho.

          Little Joe Blow because of Fro Ho, will sit more than 70 year, for drinking beer on a peer.  Because little Fro Ho the little Ho got drunk as a skunk, and started to flunk like a lunk.  So little Joe Blow, and Fro Ho both were drunk as a skunk and sunk like a lunk.  Next little Fro Ho started to sink and make a stink, then Joe Blow wanted Fro Ho, he sank and sank until he tanked and tanked settling for that little skank.

          The corrupt DA, went on a PA, he did not care for Fro Ho the Little Ho, would swear in court just for sport Joe Blow Rape me like an Ape who was drunk from a grape.  Then the DA on the PA who was on the take went to make the Judge Fudge, Fro Hoes statement. 

          They got the conviction, instead of an eviction, the Judge who Fudged, likes to indite with all his might.  For 70 year, you will sit like a nit on a zit, for drinking beer on a peer, a jury of peers who drank the beers to get them drunk as a skunk, who would have thunk they were a drunken lunk, convicted you.

          All because Joe Blow did not know and gave Fro Ho, Beer on a Peer, to spite the fact he felt very queer.  Now Joe Blow sits in Jail because the Judge denied him Bail, Joe Blow is queer and someone’s deer, in Jail did not the system fail.  Because of fear of a deer on peer who likes to drink beer now is queer.
